Listed below are the eye exams we offer at our center.
Comprehensive Eye Exam

Patients will receive a prescription for glasses. Dilation is included.
Spherical Contact Lens Exam

Patients will receive a prescription for glasses and contacts. Dilation is included.
Toric/Multifocal/Monovision Contact Lens Exam

Patients will receive a prescription for glasses and contacts. Dilation is included.
Combination Toric & Multifocal/Monovision

Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens Exam

Additional Services
Listed below are other services we offer at our center.
Optomap® Retinal Scan and Imaging
$39
Patients will have images taken of their eyes to check the health. This is an alternative to dilation and gives the doctor a comparable view.
Medical Office Visit
$99
Patients who are dealing with trauma to the eye, conjunctivitis, or other issues can be seen by the doctor.
Dilation

Patients will be dilated to check the health of their eyes.
Foreign Body Removal
$99 - $199
If patients have anything in their eyes that need removal, the doctor will be able to assist in doing so.
Visual Field Analysis

Patients will be tested to see if they have glaucoma.
Additional Follow Up Visit/Prescripition

If a patient needs to come in again after their initial complimentary follow up, they will be charged. If a patient would like an additional prescription written out, they will be charged.
We are an out-of-network provider with insurance. We will be happy to provide a detailed receipt for our patients to submit to their insurance company for a reimbursement based off their plan.
